The battery is an exact fit as described. The battery life is greatly improved. Battery management seems to have improved with Windows 11. Do not use the tools that are supplied with battery, you will only cause yourself stress. Get a couple of hardened screwdriver bits, and manually remove and reinstall the screws.

I believe I located the correct battery based on the info from my original battery, but your site did not list my actual computer model, dell Inspiron 17 5767, so I am not 100% certain the battery will be correct
