I purchased a replacement battery for a Sony Vaio laptop that would only run directly of main power. The battery arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, unfortunately it turned out that the laptop was at fault so the new battery wasn't any use to me.I emailed customer services, received a prompt reply and rather than me having to return the battery and wait for my refund, Batterybuy simply refunded me and said to keep the battery.
