The delivery was slower than expected (the two weeks on average untill delivery claim was not met by two weeks), which is really the only reason for not giving five stars. The customer service was speedy and decent, the product is great (a battery for the ThinkPad with 300 mAh more capacity). Though the site doesn't look too convincing, I vouch for their integrity. I'd order again should I need another battery.

Good price, fast delivery. Due to some strange HP policy the supplied battery was not charging (ipaq recognized as non-HP original). Customer support have tried to solve it by submitting software tips, which unfortunately did not work. I had to send it back, received my payment promptly.
