Ordered and received a battery for Fujitsu Amilo. Unfortunately the battery knobs holding the battery into place did not fit exactly into the respective slots of the laptop, as per compatibility list of item. Further to a short email exchange, an RMA form was sent with the returned battery and within days received back full payment for item.

Ordered replacement battery for my think pad edge. The battery slot into my lap top as the original and all functions of the original battery, like battery meter etc. worked perfect. The delivery time was approx 12 days, mainly due to problems with the forwarding agent, but I was kept posted all the way.
