I have the HP Pavilion - 15z-cw100 CTO, just replaced the batteries and followed the instructions to first empty battery, but now it does not charge and the HP Diagnostics does not even see a battery.Can the seller confirm if this is compatible? It looks exactly like the OEM battery, shows the same model and fits into the laptop properly. I have reseated the battery twice in an attempt to get it to work.I gave it 3 stars because it was packaged well, appears to be new and included screwdrivers to install.
