The battery in my Asus laptop had ceased to function. It would not charge up at all which meant it was impossible for me to carry the laptop about as it needed to be permanently plugged in. After research, I found this Company and they were marvelous. From ordering to receiving they kept me fully up to date with the movement of my battery and it arrived two days earlier than the expected delivery date. I am NOT a bot as one reviewer suggested, but a genuine customer and I would recommend BatteryBuy without hesitation. Basically, they have saved me hundreds of pounds which is what it would have cost to buy a new laptop. I am very grateful.
